Nesbitt Park Bike Tracks

Nesbitt Park is one of three statement parks in Lismore and was recently upgraded to include two bike tracks, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Working in partnership with both Lismore City Council and World Trail, Armsign developed a series of signage located at each of the main features. Not only does the signage offer directional assistance, it also signifies the varying difficulty levels and provides advice on the best way to tackle each of the obstacles.

World Trail are renowned for their organic-looking projects, using natural colours and materials, so it was important that the signage followed suit. However, it was also critical that the designs were relevant and suitable for children of all ages, so the end result was a combination of recycled timber posts from an old decommissioned local bridge and printed panels with a vibrant and fun feel.

Given the changeable weather conditions in the region, combined with the need for a robust long-lasting finish, Armsign opted for the exclusive Polycure print. Withstanding extreme UV and most attempted vandalism, it is the perfect product to keep Nesbitt Park looking fresh and inviting for many years to come.
